Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be purchased directly from us or our authorized sellers.
  2. Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  3. The item must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  4. Customized, personalized, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide a description of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging.
  3. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. We will cover shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Upon approval, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back securely, using a tracked shipping method. Returns without tracking may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  1. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, follow the return process above.
  2. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item.
  3. Any price differences must be settled by the customer, and additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)
  • Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted items
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products

7. International Returns

For international orders:

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
